The petitioner, being the husband, is in custody since 20.06.2019 in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 301/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/498A/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of demand of dowry after nine years of marriage is rather preposterous and concocted and he is still ready to keep his wife with all honour and dignity. It is further submitted that there shall be no recurrence of any act of mental torture against the lady and if she returns to her matrimonial home. Considering the aforementioned facts and
