2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that, in compliance of the order dated 27.06.2024 passed in CWJC No. 9656 of 2020, an order has been passed by the District Magistrate, but the same is completely in violation of law.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the order passed in CWJC No. 9656 of 2020 has been fully complied with.

4. Accordingly, the present MJC petition is hereby disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same before the appropriate authority.
