It has been alleged by the husband of Suganti Devi (aged about 20 years) that after marriage on 08.06.2019, she came at his place and during course of stay, she used to talk with somebody else frequently over mobile. They used to object whereupon, aforesaid Suganti Devi used to quarrel. In the background of aforesaid scenario, in the night of 12.06.2019, aforesaid Suganti Devi, on the pretext of meeting nature's call, escaped away with somebody else over a motorcycle along with cash, ornaments. Subsequently, informant informed at his Sasural whereupon, they informed that Ram Babu Ram and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56483 of 2019(3) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 Deepak Ram (petitioners) carried to Suganti Devi to Ekma Station where she joined company of Arvind Ram. From the column of the F.I.R. as well as from perusal of case diary, it is evident that Suganti Devi has been made accused whereupon, no offence under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code would be, more particularly, being major and, from the written report itself it is evident that she on her own left the place. Accordingly, petitioners, Ram Babu Ram and Deepak Ram, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 164/2019.
