The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 3 of the RP(UP) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is simply a scrap dealer and was not aware of the fact that 25 Pandol Clips, which were purchased by the petitioner is stolen one. Petitioner has claimed clean antecedent and he is in custody since 28.8.2021.

Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in ER No.109/2021, RPF Sitamarhi Police Station Case No. 03/2021.
