1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. Patna High Court CWJC No.13678 of 2023(2) dt.11-03-2024 2/2 affirm by which the petitioner has been removed from the post of Anganbari Sevika and further for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authority to continue the petitioner on the post of Angabari Sevika who has been appointed vide Letter No.36 dated 20.09.2019 after taking into the circulars issued by the government for Ward No. 5 under Pakaria Panchayat having Anganbari Code No. 215 and further for a issuance of writ/writs order/orders for the which the petitioner is entitled to the facts and circumstances of the present case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
