2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 24 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A), 354(B), 354(C), 341, 324, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have molested the minor daughter of the informant. On being opposed by the victim, the petitioner along with other coaccused person made the obscene video of the victim and viral the same on the social media.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65826 of 2024(3) dt.23-12-2025 2/3 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is the person of clean antecedent. As a matter of fact, the accused persons, three months prior to the present occurrence, had assaulted the mother of the petitioner and also outraged her modesty for which the petitioner has lodged Bithan P.S. Case No. 12 of 2023 dated 24.01.2023 after near about three months, the present FIR has been lodged.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, as well as the facts that the present case is lodged after three months of the earlier case lodged by the petitioner against the prosecution side and the petitioner has clean criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court concerned, Samastipur, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 24 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharitya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.).
