The Contempt Court has only directed for implementing the order dated 21.6.2013 passed in CWJC No. 7956/2011. Today LPA against the order dated 21.6.2013 passed in

Patna High Court LPA No.1846 of 2016 dt.27-07-2017 2/2 CWJC No. 7956 of 2011 has been dismissed by us. In view of the above, we see no reason to interfere into the matter.

We dismiss this appeal with the direction to implement the order passed on 21.6.2013 in CWJC No. 7956 of 2011 within a reasonable period.
