The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nurhat P.S. Case no. 177 of 2019, registered under Sections 379 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that in the morning of 22.06.2019, informant Gautam Kumar parked his motorcycle in front of Munna Saloon and he was taking tea inside the tea shop. At that time, he heard the sound of moving of his motorcycle and he started to chase on which a person was caught hold and his motorcycle was found in the lane. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In fact, the person who was apprehended disclosed his name Rohit Rajbanshi and he

Further submission is that it would appear from the F.I.R. that only one person who was moving with the motorcycle of the informant and he was caught hold, but with ulterior motive the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-VI, Nawada in connection with Narhut P.S. Case No. 177 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
