2. In the order dated 19.07.2023, the petitioners have been granted bail in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 108 of 2023 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 337, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act but there has been typing error in page 1 of the order dated 19.07.2023, in so far as the provisions of Arms Act has not been mentioned. Similarly, the 'Magadh Medical Police Station' has been wrongly typed as 'Magadh Mahila Police Station' in the second page of the order dated

3. The order dated 19.07.2023 is modified to the extent that the same will be treated to have been passed in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 108 of 2023 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 337, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and the Police Station in page 2 of the order dated 19.07.2023 mentioned as 'Magadh Mahila Police Station' shall be read as 'Magadh Medical Police Station'.

4. In view of the above, the order dated 19.07.2023 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
