The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one country made pistol alongwith two live cartridges was recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 29-05-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One country made pistol alongwith two live cartridges is alleged to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56207 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 283 of 2019.
