Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 271 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 25(1-B)/A/26/35 of the Arms Act and section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is not the owner of the vehicle in question. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
