The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the house of this petitioner, which is in joint occupation of other family members also, liquor was recovered and the petitioner and his full brother were arrayed as accused. The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. The petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of identical nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56168 of 2019(2) dt.06-09-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No.515 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
