Learned Counsel for the State and the Board are present. In compliance of this Court's order, dated 23.04.2018, a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board. It has been stated, inter alia, that steps are being taken to enquire into the affairs of S.K. +2 Vidya Mandir School, Chakai.

The Court expects the Bihar School Examination Board to be tough with such institutions, who are indulging in malpractice. If any illegality of serious nature emerges upon enquiry, the Board shall take stern action against the School.
