Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner and moreover, there is nothing on the record to show that the petitioner had inimical term with the deceased. The investigation against the petitioner appears to have already been completed as the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 04-06-2016. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42518 of 2016 (3) dt.25-11-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dharahra P.S. Case No. 49 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Sona Lal Rajak, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Munger.
