2. It is not disputed at the bar that the order dated 30.09.2015 passed in CWJC No. 2940 of 2013, has been complied with.
3. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off.
4. However, in view of the department punishing the petitioner by withholding 20% of his pension for three years, such period having ended on 15.05.2015, it shall be open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority with regard to release of the said amount. Further, if any other dues remains unpaid, the petitioner is at liberty to file a detailed representation with supporting material with regard to the claim which shall be considered and disposed off by a reasoned order. If anything is found payable, the same shall be paid to him without any undue delay.
