JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-02-2017 The case has been listed today under the heading "to be mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner that at page no.1 of the order in the portion of satisfaction, it has been wrongly mentioned as „C.J.M., Bhagalpur‟ instead of "C.J.M., Banka". As such the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an affidavit to the effect that it should be „C.J.M., Banka' instead of „C.J.M., Bhagalpur‟. As such the order dated 13.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4249 of 2017 is modified to the extent that in place of C.J.M, Bhagalpur, to be read as "C.J.M., Banka".

Accordingly, this application is disposed of with direction that the order be communicated to the court below at once. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the prayer portion of the petition. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J)
