Petitioner is in custody in Muffasil PS Case No. 334 of 2018 registered under Sections 121, 379, 424, 120B, 34 of the IPC and Sections 25(1-a), 25(1-aa), 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 39 of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.
It is submitted by petitioner's Counsel that the petitioner was not named in the FIR and the name has surfaced in statement of co-accused Md. Gulan. The same has led no recovery from the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 27.3.2019. Petitioner was earlier accused Muffasil PS Case No. 15 of 2019 in which he is on bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM

No.76162 of 2019(3) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 Munger in Muffasil PS Case No. 334 of 2018 subject to the following conditions:- (I) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.
(ii) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date in the trial and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to the cancelled. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) SNkumar/- U T
