Patna High Court CWJC No.14513 of 2018(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 cut off date, as such no indulgence is called for in the present proceeding.

In the event any subsequent decision is taken by the Apex Court modifying the cut off date, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum/Court. With the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of.
