The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepur P.S.Case No.62 of 2018 dated 28.5.2019 (S.T. No.451 of 2019) registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, dead body of a female was found in the Badhar and the FIR was lodged against unknown and name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of the CDR location and he has also confessed his guilt.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confession and the CDR there is nothing against him. He is in custody for more than one year. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Sessions Judge, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Madhepur P.S.Case No.62 of 2018 dated 28.5.2018 (S.T.No.451 of 2019). With the above direction, this application is allowed.
