No.756/15, for the present, no contempt action can be initiated. From the show cause filed by the respondents and documents annexed thereto, particularly Annexures B and C, it is seen that the claim of the petitioner has been settled and the amount of salary and dues have been paid to the petitioner. In view of the above, no further action is required to be taken in the matter.

In case the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting, arising out of the subsequent action, he may challenge the same in accordance with law in an appropriate proceeding.
