However, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ranjeet Kumar submits that he has instructions in the matter that the trial of the case has already been disposed of. In that view of the matter, he submits that the present application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 15 of 2012 has become infructuous.
