2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 11 of 2012 dated 03.02.2012 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 364A, 366, 376, 379 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant is a married lady who was going to her mother's house with some clothes, gold and silver jewellery and Rs. 20,000/- in cash and before Mashnadih railway station, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. came there with jeep and abducted her and threatened to kill her if she makes any noise. It is further alleged that the co-accused, Ravi Patel committed rape on the informant several times during the period of abduction and left her after receiving the ransom of Rs. 50,000/-. The co-accused, Ravi Patel snatched a mobile phone with sim card from the informant's husband.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The specific allegation of committing rape is against the coaccused, Ravi Patel. It is further submitted that according to F.I.R., the ransom was demanded on mobile phone but the mobile number has not been mentioned in the F.I.R. from which the ransom was demanded. It is further submitted that there is no medical report of the victim. Learned counsel has further submitted that the investigation has not been completed till now after about fourteen years. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 11 of 2012.
7. The application stands allowed.
