This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Kudra P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015 dated 01.04.2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. A report was called for from the court below about the stage of the case on 21.03.2018, which report has since been received and is kept at flag 'A'.

From perusal of the report referred above, it appears that in this case after submission of chargesheet, cognizance has been taken and charges also have been framed. The report is dated 02.06.2018, wherein, it was stated that the case was at the stage of evidence. In that view of the matter, this petition has become infructuous.
