From the impugned order, it is evident that cognizance of an offence under various sections including that of Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has already been taken. On account thereof, as per principle decided by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Bacchu Das vs. State of Bihar 2014 (3) SCC 471, instant memo of appeal relating to grant of an anticipatory bail would not lie.

Consequent thereupon, the same is dismissed.
