NATH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 This matter has been listed at the instance of the petitioner under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for correction in the 4th line of the second page of order dated 10.11.2015 to the extent that the Matrimonial Case No. „314 of 2007‟ be corrected as Matrimonial Case No. „374 of 2007‟.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent is present and has raised no objection to the prayer. In view of the aforesaid submission and stand of the learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 10.11.2015 is modified to the extent that in the 4th line of the second page of the said order, the Matrimonial Case No. „374 of 2007‟ shall be read in place of Matrimonial Case No. „314 of 2007‟.
