Justice S. J. Mukhopadhaya (J) and further prays to pass such order/orders, direction/directions for which the petitioner is legally entitled."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits, by referring to paragraph no. 9 of the counter affidavit filed in the present case that on account of typing error the plots number were wrongly mentioned in the Encroachment Case No. 03 of 2022-23 as Plot Nos. 698, 841 and 690 instead of Plot Nos. 891 and 962, hence the petitioner should appear before the Circle Officer, Dulhin Bazar, District-Patna and file his objection, if so advised.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks four weeks' time for filing his objection before the Circle Officer, Dulhin Bazar, District-Patna in connection with Encroachment Case No. 03 of 2022-23 as also seeks liberty to raise the issue of grant of compensation. Liberty,
