This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 20.01.2015 passed by learned ACJM, Patna City in C.A. No. 1119 of 2014 / Tr. No. 841 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the O.P. No. 02 jointly submit that the matter has already been settled between the parties and the parties do not want to proceed further in their respective cases filed against each other.

No. 02 and all consequential proceedings arising out of the aforesaid complaint petitions are hereby quashed.
