JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One AK-56 rifle containing 20 live cartridges, two magazines containing 20 live cartridges, were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, who carries criminal antecedent of near about 18 cases.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2013 pending in the court of Sri S.K. Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, East Champaran at Motihari stands rejected.
