2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- I. For quashing the order contained in memo no. 1494 dated 19.05.2018 issued by the Collector, Sitamarhi stating their in that incompliance of the order dated 8.5.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8020 of 2015 by the Hon'ble High Court, Patna
2/4 possession of the lands of Khata no.
2896, 2900, 2903, 1933 situated in village Naranga Anchal -Parihar and other lands mentioned in the aforesaid memo may be handed over to the land holder (namely-Baidyanath Thakur) and for directing the respondent authorities not to disturb the peaceful possession of the petitioners over the aforesaid land or before dispossessing over the aforesaid land proper alternative arrangement may be done by the District Administration for these petitioners taking into consideration that parwana has already been issued in their favour by the competent authority after proper verification and on the basis of the aforesaid Parwana they are in possession over the land in question for more than 16 years and for that they are also paying rent regularly and for the land in question and for other necessary relief (s) for which they may found fit in accordance with law."
3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that in the supplementary counter affidavit, a categorical stand has come that all the displaced persons (including the petitioners herein)
3/4 were temporarily settled in their allocated land.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were dispossessed from their land in compliance of order dated 08.05.2018 passed in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.8020 of 2015 (Baidnath Thakur Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors).

Learned Counsel for the State submits that in Mauja-Naranga (65) of Parihar Circle, lands were settled in favour of the petitioners and parcha regarding the same has been issued which is Annexure-B series of the supplementary counter affidavit. Counsel further submits that settlement has been made in favour of the petitioner no.1 and wife of the deceased petitioner no.2. Report has also been submitted in this matter which is annexed as Annexure-C series. Counsel further submits that proper alternative arrangement has been made by the District Administration for the petitioners. Hence, the grievance of the petitioners has already been settled.
6. In response thereof, Counsel for the petitioners submits that from the counter affidavit, it transpires that grievance of the petitioners have been settled by way of settlement.
7. In the light of the submissions made by the parties
4/4 and the averments made in the pleading, this Court is of the view that grievance of the present petitioners have been settled and therefore, this writ petition is hereby dismissed as infructuous.
