This application is for modification of order dated 30.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51798/2022 whereby the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No.481/2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in para 12 of Cr. Misc. No. 51798/2022 it has wrongly been typed that petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2021 instead of 24.02.2022 and the same typographical mistake has occurred in order dated 30.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51798/2022. Accordingly, in the order dated 30.09.2022 period of custody of the petitioner be read as 24.02.2022 in place of 24.02.2021.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3749 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 In the aforesaid manner, the order dated 30.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51798/2022 stands modified to the extent stated above.

Let this order be communicated to the court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IInd cum Special Judge (Excise), Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No.481/2021.
