At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the order of the University contained in Notification No. 80 of 2018 contained in Memo No. B/7667-732 dated 14.05.2018 issued under the signature of the Registrar of the University, he has received instructions not to press the writ petition.

3. In view thereof, the writ petitions stand disposed off as not pressed.
