No.4296 of 2015, this appeal has been filed under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent. Keeping in view the nature of grievances made by the

Patna High Court LPA No.1654 of 2015 dt.03-05-2017 2/2 petitioner and finding the appointment to be under a non-statutory scheme and not an appointment for service in the Government, the learned Writ Court has not committed any error in refusing to interfere into the matter for payment of the so called salary to the petitioner which is nothing but honorarium for the work discharged. In case the petitioner has any grievance, the petitioner may submit a claim to the District Education Officer, respondent No.4, in the original writ petition and the respondent No.4 shall settle his claim in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of three months of its presentation.
