Principal Secretary Human Resources Development Department (Education Department), Govt. Of Bihar, Patna, the Director Primary Education, Govt. Of Bihar, Patna, District Programme Officer (Establishment), Kaimur at Bhabhua, the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua are physically present. Show-cause has been filed on their behalf with different annexure. Although, Memo No. 656/Administration dated 21.09.2016 is not attached with the show-cause, however, the same happens to be in pursuance of Annexure-A, and is the appointment letter wherefrom it is evident that petitioner has been appointed as a Clerk (Category-3) at BSGN High School, Jalalpur.
Patna High Court MJC No.2715 of 2012 (17) dt.22-09-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of appointment letter having been issued and communicated vide Memo No. 656/Administration dated 21.09.2016, the order impugned is found duly complied with. That being so, the show-cause as well as supplementary show-cause are accepted. In the aforesaid background, the instant petition loses its validity, whereupon the same is dropped. Furthermore, the presence of Opposite Parties is dispensed with.
