It would appear from the report of the trial court that except doctor and I.O. almost all prosecution witnesses have already been examined and, therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, again, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 708/2014 arising out of Thakraha (Bhitaha) P.S. Case no. 41/2003 stands rejected.
However, a copy of this order be sent to Superintendent of Police, Bagaha with direction to him to ensure the presence of doctor and I.O. of Thakraha (Bhitaha) P.S. Case no. 41/2003 corresponding to Session trial no. 708/2014 before Addl. Sessions Judge I, Bagaha, West Champaran within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if they have not been examined before the trial court as yet and after examination of doctor
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11611 of 2017 (3) dt.17-05-2017 and I.O, the concerned court must dispose of the above stated sessions trial within two months from the date of examination of last prosecution witness.
