1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i) For issuance of writ in the appropriate nature for quashing of the letter no. 291 dated 27.8.2022 issued under the signature of the Child Development Project Officer, Marhaurha, Saran whereby and where under the Respondent Child Development Project Officer has directed the petitioner to join Centre No. 90 in Ward No. 12 dehors the guidelines Issued under the signature of the Director, Integrated Child Development Services, Bihar, Patna.
(ii) For further quashing of the letter dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.17414 of 2022(2) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 18.3.2017 whereby the petitioner was earlier directed to join in Ward No. 12, shifting Centre No. 90 and without considering the representation of the petitioner again has issued the letter dated 27.8.2022 by way of punishment.
(iii) For further direction to the Respondent authorities to issue afresh letter in the light of representation of the petitioner and in the light of guidelines issued by the Director, Integrated Child Development Services, Bihar, Patna after hearing the parties.
(iv) For further direction to the Respondent authorities to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order within time framed."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
