The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The offence alleged is of the murder of the husband of the informant. F.I.R. is against unknown, as there is no eye witness. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Gorelal Sada.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the
