2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 144/2023 registered under Sections 307, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, six named accused persons including the petitioner herein are said to have come variously armed with deadly weapon. Chhotu @ Gehuman is said to have resorted to indiscriminate firing while Ajay Singh assaulted the informant with khanti on his head leading to injury. All the accused persons also assaulted the members of the informant's family with the lathi and rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the general and omnibus allegation in the F.I.R., the petitioner being in custody since 17.07.2023 and the not having any criminal antecedent, he is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 144/2023, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Barh, District- Patna.
