Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 323/379/342/364A/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation in the First Information Report is that F.I.R. named accused persons kidnapped to the informant for ransom. The informant was assaulted and his motorcycle was taken over by the petitioner and co-accused Chandan Rai. The petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2015. The trial is going on. It further appears from Annexure-3 series that several accused persons of this case have already been allowed bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court. Case No.21 of 2014, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
