The petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2019 in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi) P.S. Case No. 473 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was taken into custody on his self-confession as he has been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he cannot be prosecuted on the basis of self-statement made before the police which has no evidentiary value.

In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.56050 of 2019(2) dt.19-09-2019 2/2 circumstances and that the petitioner has got a clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi) P.S. Case No. 473 of 2019.
