The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 419/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the F.I.R., the informant, who is District Welfare Officer, Bettiah, has alleged that on the complaint petition filed against him, there are some forged signatures and after going through the forensic test report, it was found that those signatures were done by co-accused Sudhir Kant Shukla. The informant has further alleged that one more signature, that of petitioner, was done by co-accused Sudhir Kant Shukla on the complaint petition, but the petitioner denied and accepted that she has done signature herself on the complaint petition.

No.71175 of 2021(2) dt.21-07-2022 2/3 It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive and to save his own skin. As a matter of fact, some persons made serious allegation of defalcation and misappropriation of public money against the informant and some complaints were made to the authorities and after complaint, being made against the informant, the informant started pressurizing the concerned complainant including petitioner. It is further submitted that after an inquiry, being conducted by the Government authorities including the SDO, Bagaha, a report was submitted, vide letter no. 126 dated 26.08.2019, showing therein the four played by the informant in this case. It is next submitted that co-accused Sudhir Kant Shukla, against whom there is similar allegation, has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 22.01.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 28538 of 2020. Petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
