Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 99 of 2013 registered under Section- 307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Although it is argued on behalf of the petitioner that the matter has already been compromised between the parties and there is counter case also but there is specific allegation of firing against the petitioner and therefore, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 99 of 2013 stands rejected.
