The petitioner seeks bail in Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017 under Sections 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Eight bottles of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 31.1.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one month.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-III, Patna in Rajiv Nagar P.S.
