The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.514/16 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that five persons including the petitioner armed with lathi, iron rod and sword came at door of the informant and started to abuse him. At that time co-accused, Kalimuddin gave iron blow causing blood injury on the head of Shamsul Haque. The informant anyhow saved himself and succeeded in fleeing away from there.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to hot talk exchanged between the petitioner and the informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11249 of 2017 (2) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 regarding drain. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 12.11.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Kishanganj, in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.514/16 (G.R. No.1858/16).
