2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gidha P.S. Case No. 154 of 2024 instituted under Sections 137(2) and 96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim.

4. Earlier also the petitioner was accused in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 465 of 2024 for the kidnapping of the victim in which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71855 of 2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara/ concerned Court in connection with Gidha P.S. Case No. 154 of2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

8. The SHO of the Ara Nawada Police Station is directed not to register case after case against the petitioner for the same offence when the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail.
