Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/37(C) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
67 litres of country made liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, after completion of investigation of the case against the petitioners, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60907 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No. 5941 of 2019 arising out of Dhanarua Police Station Case No. 274 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
