The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 414, 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 47 and 51 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

From an auto- rickshaw 45 litres of country made liquor was recovered. Allegation is that the petitioner was escorting the said auto-rickshaw by motorcycle. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 1.10.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to
