ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a mistake in the prayer portion of the bail petition. The name of the court should be "A.C.J.M.-I", instead of "A.C.J.M."

The said corrections are permitted to be made and the same be incorporated in the present order. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2019 in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.111 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 401, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has occurred in the statement made by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56316 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 one Lakshman Kumar from whose possession motorcycle was recovered. The said Lakshman Kumar was granted bail in Cr.Misc. No.56740 of 2019 vide order dated 06.09.2019. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has one other criminal antecedent, which case has already been compromised, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.111 of 2019.
