2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 110/2025 dated 07.07.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/s 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have abused and assaulted the informant due to road dispute. The co-accused, Sachitanand assaulted the informant with sword, the co-accused, Ghanshyam Paswan assaulted the informant by throwing a brick and the petitioner assaulted with lathi. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60806 of 2025(2) dt.15-09-2025 2/3 Paswan fired due to which nearby people fled away and the coaccused, Roopchandra Paswan started abusing and the informant was taken to hospital for treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. There is no repetition of blow. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner by submitting that the injury is grievous in nature which is on the vital part of the body caused by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Nalanda in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 110/2025.
