Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016 registered under Sections- 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner was not apprehended making preparation of commit Dacoity. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 04.03.2016, 18.03.2016 & 01.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 10575 of 2016, 11857 of 2016 & 13203 of 2016 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4232 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IX, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016.
