2. The present writ application has been filed for issuing a direction upon the respondent no.4 to correct the incorrect entries /to add the genuine and bonafide Khesera Numbers with their respective area of lands situated under Mauza-Mudiyar Thana No.110, Circle-Akorhigolda (Rohtas).

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks disposal of her representation dated 24.01.2024 (Annexure-P/4) which is pending before the Circle Officer, Akhorhi Gola Circle, District-Rohtas for entry of the Khesera No. in the Jamabandi No. 748/rent receipt/register-II, within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.14421 of 2024(2) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 limited time frame.

4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State does not object to the limited prayer made by the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it apposite to issue a direction upon the Circle Officer, Akhorhi Gola Circle, District-Rohtas (Respondent No.4) to dispose of the representation dated 24.01.2024 by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt /production of a copy of this order.
